You could say that the ReOpus product was born out of the Information Age and the Internet.

Two Jaguar enthusiasts from opposite sides of the globe became friends through Jaguar Internet forums and emails. They both had the notorious OPUS amplifier problem with their vehicles. One of them knew an electronics designer, also a Jaguar owner, and he had done something about his OPUS problem.

His challenge had been to redesign the amplifier using modern components yet preserve the original appearance. Using the original circuit diagrams as a guide and the best PC board layout expertise available, he spent several months working on the new design. He installed the first unit in his V12 E-Type in 2005 with spectacular results. After extensive testing and further improvements, the boards are now being manufactured and marketed under the “ReOpus” brand.

Now Jaguar owners across the world can enjoy the benefits of this unique product. As one of the two friends, I am delighted to be a distributor of the product.
